Reversible flower necklace

This pendant was molded from two real flowers: a chamomile blossom on one side and a tiny spray of aster on the other.

The chain has two strands of faceted gemstone beads: tanzanite (blue), sapphire (yellow), and rhodolite garnet (pink).

Materials

This necklace is made entirely of sterling silver. Sterling silver is an alloy of 92.5% silver with 7.5% copper, which is added to make the metal more durable. There is no outer plating- the metal can be polished over and over for a lifetime.
